Ecology is the study of interactions among living things and their environment. It provides new understanding of these vital systems as they are now, and how they may change in the future.
We receive requirements from dedicated Ecology Practices and/or Multi-Disciplinary Consultancies with in-house teams who are unique in their requirements depending on the season. We can be one day searching for graduates looking to secure a placement to gain experience during the Newt Season, to headhunting for experienced Bat Licensed Ecologists to take a leading role on projects.
Whether you are a junior Ecologist or Advanced Ecology Lead, we are always on the lookout for good people. As the Industry is sometimes in high demand…. BIODIVERSITY IMPACT ASSESSMENT (BIA)
As part of subset of EIA, this year Amanda will be seeking candidates with a particular skillset within the production of Biodiversity Impact Assessments. While not a stand-alone assessment, BIA´s are an integral part of EIA and with it´s evident links to ecological impact assessment, we will be looking for potential candidates familiar with the process for a number of reputable employers.

Architecture is the art and science of designing buildings and other physical structures. A wider definition often includes the design of the total built environment of the larger area including town planning, urban design, and landscape architecture to the micro level of construction details and sometimes even furniture.
We work with both dedicated RIBA Architecture Studios to Multi-Disciplinary Environmental Consultancies.
Enquiries can range for candidates with specific skillsets including REVIT/BIM knowledge through to experts in CAD, ArchiCAD, Vectorworks and other relevant IT software programs. More specific Architecture enquiries can be for candidates who focus in all RIBA stages of work from Part I & II Architectural Assistants through to experienced part IV, BIM Coordinators and REVIT Technicians.

The Design side of LEAD offers a wider variety of candidates in order to grow our business. It may incorporate candidates with a particular background and Qualification in CAD or Graphic Design, through to Interior Design, Product Design and 3D and UI.
