Role - Assistant Landscape Architect
Location – Wiltshire

Lead Careers are working with a design-focused landscape architecture studio in Wiltshire that is seeking an Assistant Landscape Architect with around two years of professional experience to join its growing team. The studio works across a wide variety of sectors including education, healthcare, urban regeneration, and large-scale masterplanning, always with a commitment to thoughtful, sustainable design.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on position offering exposure to all stages of the design process. The successful candidate will support senior team members with drawing packages, research, design development, and report writing. The studio fosters a collaborative and friendly environment, making it a great place to continue developing both design and technical skills.
QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILLS
- A degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent)
- Around two years of relevant professional experience
- Strong design sensibility and an eye for detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp (Revit experience is a bonus)
- A good understanding of the UK planning and design process
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
- A passion for sustainable design and an interest in both design and planning
