Role – Associate/Principal Landscape Architect
Location – Gloucestershire
Salary - £45-£55K DOE
We are working with a multidisciplinary consultancy made up of Landscape Architects, Ecologists, Environmental Managers, Planners and Graphic Designers. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Associate/Principal Landscape Architect to join their team in Gloucestershire. They have a varied portfolio of work including major highway and infrastructure, public realm, education, renewable energy and development projects in the public, private and charity sectors.
They are looking to strengthen their Landscape team with a Associate/Principal Landscape Architect who will take a lead developing job opportunities and their landscape portfolio. You will be fully Chartered (CMLI) with a minimum of 5 year’s experience at a senior level.
ASSOCIATE/PRINCIPAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Landscape Architecture
- A Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI)
- Excellent quality of design and written output for landscape and urban design
- Proven technical competence in producing landscape design from concept/feasibility stage through to implementation
- A clear understanding of the planning process in England and Wales
- Proficient in AutoCAD, GIS and Adobe Creative Cloud
- An excellent project manager
- Experience mentoring junior members of staff including P2C mentoring
- Preparation of bid and tender documentation
- Identify and develop new areas of work in liaison with the Senior Management Team
- Ability to work co-operatively, collaboratively and iteratively with others
- A full UK driving licence
