Role – Chartered Landscape Architect
Location – Essex
Salary - £34 - £38K
We are looking for a Chartered Landscape Architect for reputable multi-disciplinary Consultancy who work in the areas of Landscape and Urban Design, Planning and Architecture.
Established for over 40 years they have grown and expanded to 3 UK offices. They are still growing steadily, responding to client needs, and look forward to continuing and building new client relationships.
As a Chartered Landscape Architect, you would be expected to be working on projects spanning from concept design through to delivery on site. You will also be self-motivated and enthusiastic about delivering imaginative design, with a keen eye for detail. Good written and communication abilities are paramount as it strong 3D visualisation skills and competency in AutoCAD, the Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp and ideally Lumion.
BIM / REVIT knowledge is desirable but if not, be prepared to develop their skills in this area.
