Role –Landscape Architect
Location – London
Salary - £30 - £35K
A leading multi-disciplinary design practice is seeking Landscape Architects to join their dynamic team. This practice specialises in creating sustainable, innovative, and high-quality landscapes across diverse sectors, including residential developments, urban regeneration, and public realm projects. With a collaborative, forward-thinking approach, the practice is committed to enhancing communities through thoughtful design and contributing to the improvement of the built environment.
You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects, from public realm enhancements and urban regeneration schemes to residential and mixed-use developments. Successful applicants will be part of a collaborative team that aims to deliver exceptional, sustainable design solutions.
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with design development of landscape and urban realm projects
- Manage small to medium-sized projects with minimal supervision, ensuring design quality and project timelines are met
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved
- Contribute to mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Support senior leadership in business development and project proposals
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A degree in Landscape Architecture
- Strong design skills with proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
- Experience in leading projects and managing client relationships
- Strong knowledge of landscape construction and planning processes
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A passion for sustainability and innovation in landscape design
- Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or on the P2C
- A full UK driving licence
