Role – Landscape Architect
Location – West Yorkshire
Salary - £30 - £35K
 
A well-established consultancy is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Architect to join their team based in West Yorkshire. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic professional to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and environmental developments.
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to landscape design, planning, and management, working closely with project teams and clients to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions. Key responsibilities will include conducting landscape and visual impact assessments, preparing detailed design proposals, and contributing to master planning, restoration, and environmental improvement projects.
 
LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT KEY SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • A Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Landscape Architecture
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in consultancy
  • Proven track record in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and their application
  • Experience in landscape character assessment and appraisal
  • Creative interest in green infrastructure and environmental design and management
  • Good written skills
  • CAD/GIS and graphic software ability desirable
  • An understanding of procedures and guidance relating to the preparation of visualisations desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels and within different disciplines
  • Full UK driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the country to undertake site visits
